This policy explains what Atasof AI does with the personal information collected on this page, under Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).
01Who we are
Atasof AI is operated by Atasof Solutions Inc., in Montreal, Quebec. For any question about your information, write to our privacy officer: William Atallah (info@atasofai.com).
02What we collect
When you request a call: your clinic's name, city and website, your main treatments, a few answers about your front desk (call volume, ads running), your name, your role, your email, your cell number and the best time to reach you.
We do not ask for any information about your patients, and the form asks you not to enter any.
03Why
Only to plan and prepare your call, then follow up on that request. We do not sell it, rent it or use it for a mailing list.
04Who has access
The Atasof AI team. Our service providers (website hosting, request storage, the internal messaging that alerts us to a new request) process it on our behalf.
05Where it is kept
Your information is stored and processed outside Quebec, including in the United States, with our service providers. The laws there may offer protection that differs from Quebec's.
06How long
We keep your information for 24 months after our last exchange. After that, it is deleted.
07What stays on your device
The form keeps your answers in your browser while you fill it in, so you do not lose them. They are erased when the request is sent or when you choose to start over.
The calculator and the page's assistant run in your browser and send nothing.
The front desk demo: if it answers live, what you write is sent to our artificial intelligence provider to produce the reply, and kept in its log. Do not write any personal information other than a first name.
08Cookies and tracking
This page uses no advertising cookies, no pixel and no analytics tool.
09Your rights
You can ask to access your information, correct it or have it deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to William Atallah (info@atasofai.com). We reply within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information.
